Mike Newman promoted to Meet’s Chief Commercial Officer, Global Permanent

Meet Life Sciences is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Newman to Chief Commercial Officer of Global Permanent Recruitment.  

This promotion signifies Mike’s long-term contribution to the business over the past 15 years and his strong ability to lead with total conviction. Mike continually strives to build relationships with everyone across his function and is the first to champion success across all platforms. His strong decision-making skills translate directly into successful actions, and he confidently leads both internally and with customers.

Under Mike’s leadership, Meet’s global permanent business has had an impressive year, exceeding targets and continuing to build momentum in the market. 

In the first half of 2026, the division achieved 25% year-on-year growth, with the team delivering consistently high levels of performance and productivity. 

This success puts Meet in a promising position to continue building on its offering across permanent, RPO and embedded recruitment throughout the remainder of 2026.
