About the Opportunity
Our client is one of the fastest-growing clinical AI companies in healthcare, building mission-critical technology that sits directly inside payer and provider workflows. They are hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy and engineering for next-generation AI capabilities while managing a high-performing team. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of healthcare complexity, AI innovation, and enterprise product scale—owning clinical AI products from conception through deployment and real-world clinical impact.What You'll Be Doing
- Lead product strategy for critical clinical AI workflows, from discovery and requirements definition through enterprise deployment
- Build, mentor, and scale an engineering team; set OKRs and drive execution with technical rigor
- Serve as the primary translator between clinicians, payer clients, ML engineers, and product—turning healthcare complexity into scalable AI solutions
- Define clinical accuracy standards, validation protocols, and ongoing model performance monitoring to ensure safe, effective deployments
- Partner with go-to-market teams to drive product-market fit and shape long-term deployment strategy
- Build infrastructure and processes for scalable, repeatable product delivery as the company scales
Ideal Background
- 7+ years PM experience, with 3+ years in enterprise healthcare, healthtech, or fintech
- 2+ years building and managing technical teams
- Deep experience managing complex, regulated enterprise products with technical and business nuance
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work effectively with ML engineers and product teams
- Track record of shipping products and driving measurable impact in high-stakes environments
Preferred Profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who bring some combination of the below:- Direct healthcare experience—payer operations, clinical workflows, health insurance, or healthcare technology
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory landscape (HIPAA, FDA guidance, clinical validation standards)
- Experience managing ML/AI product teams or background as a software engineer
- Prior MBB consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
- Founder or early-stage startup operator experience
- Clinical background or direct healthcare workflow expertise
