In this role, you will serve as a key partner within assigned accounts, developing strategic relationships and executing business plans that align with company objectives. Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing tailored account strategies to meet business goals.
- Building strong, strategic relationships with hospital leaders, decision-makers, and clinical teams.
- Supporting contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with overall account strategies.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to drive access, formulary inclusion, and product adoption.
- Gathering market insights and providing strategic guidance to internal teams.
- Managing resources efficiently to maximize impact within assigned accounts.
- Conducting regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify new opportunities.
What you bring to the table:
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sales, with at least 2 years in strategic account management.
- Proven success in oncology or related fields, with a deep understanding of healthcare markets and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline; an MBA is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, travelling frequently within the territory.
- Excellent strategic thinking and project management skills.
This position offers a competitive base salary of $200,000 to $230,000, depending on experience, along with travel reimbursement and an exciting opportunity to influence patient care on a broad scale.
