They are seeking an experienced Medical Director to oversee crucial phases of clinical development, ensuring the integrity, safety, and scientific rigor of their programs. Role Summary:
You will be responsible for guiding clinical research and trial activities from initial phases through to regulatory submission. Your interactions will include collaborating with internal teams such as Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing, as well as external investigators and opinion leaders. This onsite role offers the chance to lead vital projects that impact the company’s growth and market presence while working closely with senior leadership to shape strategies that support innovative product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of clinical trials to ensure scientific validity and compliance.
• Manage and develop Clinical Development Plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Support regulatory submissions by developing and coordinating reporting activities for agencies such as the FDA.
• Drive clinical program strategies to meet company objectives and market expansion goals.
• Build and maintain collaborations with external investigators and scientific opinion leaders.
• Support medical monitoring activities and oversee adverse event reporting for ongoing trials.
• Provide scientific and clinical expertise to guide decision-making and policy development.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
• Stay current with medical research, publications, and industry developments to inform ongoing projects.

Experience & Requirements:

• MD degree with at least 9 years of relevant clinical development experience.
• Strong background in dermatology or immunology is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing clinical studies across phases I-IV.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership or management experience within a pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
• Deep understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical development processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management and key opinion leaders.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and strategic mindset to oversee multiple projects effectively.

This role offers a base salary between $300,000 and $350,000, depending on experience and location. In addition, it provides the opportunity to participate in performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
