Role Summary:
In this senior leadership position, you will provide global operational oversight, working closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and key stakeholders. You will ensure clinical trials are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest regulatory and quality standards. The role involves strategic planning, mentoring a talented clinical team, and representing clinical operations in high-level meetings—all while contributing to the growth and innovation of the company’s pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute global clinical operations strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including CROs and labs, to streamline study delivery.
  • Oversee study documentation, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality.
  • Support study teams with operational planning, timelines, and budgets.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the clinical team.
  • Develop and implement SOPs and operational processes to increase efficiency.
  • Present project updates and key performance indicators to senior leadership.
  • Ensure clinical trials adhere to GCP, FDA regulations, and internal standards.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years in clinical research with a focus on complex autoimmune or immunology indications.
  • At least 10 years managing clinical trial programs, including early phases.
  • Deep knowledge of ICH GCP, FDA regulations, and global trial standards.
  • Proven success leading and mentoring diverse clinical teams across multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with expertise in trial systems and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role offers a base salary between $240,000 and $260,000, depending on experience.
