The opportunity (Role summary)

As the Senior Project Lead for Clinical Global Health, you will oversee and coordinate international clinical trials with a focus on infectious diseases, immunology, and oncology. Your leadership will support cross-functional teams across regions, including research, regulatory, and vendor partnerships. This on-site role is based in a vibrant location, with work requiring a three-day presence at the office per week. You will play a key role in ensuring project success, timelines, and compliance, while contributing to the organization’s global health mission.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage international clinical trial projects, ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute trial protocols effectively.
  • Drive project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to meet project milestones.
  • Partner with stakeholders across safety, regulatory, and supply chain functions to align strategies.
  • Analyze trial data and performance to optimize processes and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global sites and investigators.

What you’ll bring

  • Extensive experience in clinical trial management, especially in infectious diseases or related therapeutic areas.
  • Proven leadership in managing global trials with diverse stakeholders.
