The opportunity (Role summary)

As a Senior Medical Affairs Manager specialized in GU/Prostate, you will be pivotal in shaping medical strategies and engaging with healthcare professionals across your region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance, support clinical studies, and facilitate educational activities. This on-site role offers a unique chance to be directly involved in advancing prostate cancer therapies while working closely with investigators and research centers to accelerate impactful research.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with regional healthcare professionals, investigators, and research centers.
  • Plan and execute regional medical strategies and engagement activities aligned with global and local plans.
  • Provide evidence-based, timely responses to medical and scientific inquiries from clinicians and healthcare partners.
  • Support clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies, including trial start-up activities.
  • Develop and manage medical education initiatives, advisory boards, and congress activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of compliant and impactful medical activities.

What you’ll bring

  • University degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields; a PhD or medical doctorate is preferred.
  • Several years of relevant experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, particularly in prostate cancer.
  • Strong ability to interpret clinical data and communicate scientific evidence clearly.
  • Field-based experience, such as a Medical Science Liaison or Regional Medical Affairs Manager role.
  • Experience supporting clinical trials and managing educational or advisory programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for science and patient impact.

Compensation & benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary range of €120,000–€130,000, depending on experience.
