They are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Director to lead their OTC (over-the-counter) product sales efforts in Poland. In this role, you will be a key strategic leader responsible for expanding market presence, developing strong relationships with healthcare providers, and driving revenue growth across the OTC product range. You will work closely with the wider commercial team to shape sales strategies and contribute to the company's overall success. This position offers a hybrid working model, with some travel involved to engage with clients and partners across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the sales strategy for OTC products within the Polish market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to accelerate growth.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility.
  • Analyse sales performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Drive team performance through coaching, training, and leadership.

Experience & Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within OTC, pharmaceuticals, or consumer health products.
  • Strong understanding of the Polish healthcare market and distribution channels.
  • Track record of successfully driving sales growth and managing large accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is highly desirable.

Salary
This role offers a base salary between 100,000 and 150,000 Euros, depending on experience.
