? Research Pathologist Job Opportunity in Hessen

? Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an international team of pathologists
  • Maintain and expand the organization’s network within the global pathology community
  • Act as a Medical Director for the site in Kassel, Germany
  • Optimize pathology-related processes
  • Guide teams in assay development and validation
  • Support project management, business development teams, and clients
  • Evaluate clinical trial specimens
  • Train external pathologists on interpreting novel biomarkers
  • Prepare publications and posters in collaboration with customers

? Position Qualifications:

  • Must be on-site
  • Board certification required (German board certification preferred)
  • Additional training in Cytology
  • Experience in hematopathology and/or genomics a plus
  • Expertise in predictive biomarkers with a focus on oncology and immunology
  • Proficient in IHC, mIF, FISH, and RNA in situ hybridization
  • Experience with digital imaging applications
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Comfortable working in a GCLP environment
