We’re supporting a well-established diagnostic pathology provider in Göttingen to hire a Pathologist (m/f/d) into a quality-driven, structured environment with clear processes and a supportive team culture.

The role

You will join a modern diagnostic set-up with a strong focus on consistent quality and turnaround times. The case mix is weighted toward gynaecological pathology, with additional exposure across further subspecialty areas depending on experience and service needs.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnostic reporting and sign-out within agreed turnaround times
• Collaboration with colleagues to maintain robust quality standards
• Contribution to continuous improvement of diagnostic workflows and service delivery
• Participation in team discussions / case review as appropriate

What we’re looking for

• Facharzt Pathologie (board-certified pathologist) — or close to completion with strong relevant experience
• High attention to detail; quality-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-led setting
