Salary guide: ~$150,000–$200,000 base (depending on experience)
Start: ASAP
A fast-growing healthtech business is hiring a Media Director to lead end-to-end media strategy and execution across performance and brand channels. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set the direction, manage budgets, and drive measurable growth while partnering closely with creative, product, and commercial stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Own the media strategy across paid channels (and broader media planning), aligned to growth and brand goals.
- Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting—with clear recommendations and next steps.
- Oversee campaign execution across key channels (e.g., paid social, search, programmatic, video/CTV, partnerships) and optimize against CAC/ROAS/LTV and brand lift goals.
- Partner with creative and content teams to shape messaging, testing roadmaps, and landing-page/creative iterations.
- Manage and develop agency and/or internal partners; ensure best-practice measurement, governance, and pacing.
- Build a testing culture: audience strategy, incrementality/holdouts, MMM/MTA inputs, and experimentation.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience leading multi-channel media with meaningful budget responsibility.
- Strong performance marketing fundamentals (measurement, attribution concepts, experimentation, optimization).
- Ability to translate data into a clear narrative for senior stakeholders.
- Comfort working cross-functionally (creative, analytics, product, commercial).
- Experience in healthtech / digital health (or another regulated category) strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling campaigns in high-growth environments (startup/scale-up).
- Familiarity with privacy-aware measurement and evolving platform constraints.
- Team leadership (direct reports) and/or deep agency management experience.
