In this role, you will play a vital part in strengthening and expanding relationships with major OTC clients across Poland. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met, driving growth and fostering long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the OTC sector.
- Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and support client success.
- Analyse market trends and client feedback to inform strategic planning.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth integration into the platform.
- Provide leadership and guidance to account management teams, fostering a customer-centric approach.
Experience & Requirements:
- Proven experience in key account management or business development within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the OTC market or consumer health products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Polish is preferred.
- Experience working with digital platforms or marketplace solutions is a plus.
This role offers a base salary of 80,000 Euros and an open potential depending on experience.
