The opportunity (Role summary)

As a Global Medical Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping medical strategies for key products in movement disorders. Reporting to the Head of Global Medical Affairs, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external experts across numerous countries. This role offers on-site engagement with an optional hybrid work model, supporting a well-balanced professional and personal life. International travel is expected up to 30%, enriching your global perspective and network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the global medical strategy supporting product growth and scientific leadership.
• Lead evidence generation activities, including real-world studies and investigator-initiated research.
• Drive scientific engagement through congresses, advisory boards, and expert interactions.
• Build trusted relationships with external medical experts, academic institutions, and patient communities.
• Oversee publication planning and scientific communications.
• Develop and implement impactful medical education and training initiatives.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations and quality standards.
• Gather insights from external stakeholders to refine medical strategies continually.

What you’ll bring

• MD, PhD, or equivalent scientific degree.
• Proven experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in neurology or movement disorders.
• Strong scientific acumen, with the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• Experience in clinical research, evidence development, and scientific publications.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%).

Compensation & benefits

This role offers a minimum annual salary of €140,000, with flexibility depending on experience and package negotiations. Additional details regarding benefits will be discussed during the process.
