They are currently seeking a leadership-level professional to join their team as a Director of Uro and Molecular Pathology. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and execution of pathology services related to urology and molecular diagnostics. You’ll work closely with scientific teams, technical staff, and external partners, providing strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality results that support clinical decision-making and research initiatives. The position offers flexibility with a hybrid setup, allowing a mix of onsite collaboration and remote work, with opportunities to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of pathology processes in urology and molecular testing.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational excellence and adherence to industry standards.
  • Support research and development efforts by providing scientific insights and guidance.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new diagnostic platforms and techniques.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold quality standards across all laboratory activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align pathology services with organizational goals and customer needs.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Extensive leadership experience in a clinical or research pathology setting, ideally within the diagnostics or molecular testing sectors.
  • A strong background in urology or related fields, with deep knowledge of molecular testing techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and quality assurance protocols.
  • Advanced degree in pathology, genetics, molecular biology, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster teamwork and innovation.

This role offers a base salary between 300,000 and 400,000 Euros depending on experience.
