Director of Deployment

This team operates at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and enterprise software, delivering technology that enables more efficient, accurate, and scalable decision-making across complex healthcare systems.

They are scaling rapidly across enterprise customers and are investing heavily in the deployment, implementation, and operationalization of their platform within real-world healthcare environments.

Director of Deployment

This is a high-impact, forward-deployed leadership role focused on owning enterprise implementations end-to-end — ensuring that complex, technical products translate into real-world outcomes for customers.

You will sit at the center of customer, product, and engineering teams, driving deployments from post-sale through go-live and long-term success.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end ownership of enterprise deployments from contract signature through implementation, go-live, and handoff
• Acting as the primary operator across customer, product, and engineering teams during deployments
• Translating complex AI and technical systems into tangible outcomes for healthcare customers
• Driving deployment strategy across highly technical, workflow-heavy environments
• Partnering with Product and Engineering to improve deployment processes and scalability
• Building repeatable systems, playbooks, and infrastructure for long-term deployment excellence

• Leading complex, enterprise-level implementations within payer and clinical environments
• Navigating cross-functional stakeholders across customer organizations and internal teams
• Ensuring successful adoption and integration of technical products into real-world workflows
• Bridging technical complexity with operational execution and business outcomes
• Scaling deployment processes as the company grows across customers and markets
• Driving clarity and structure in ambiguous, high-stakes environments

What You Bring

• Experience leading enterprise deployments, implementations, or forward-deployed engagements
• Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to manage strategic enterprise relationships
• Technical fluency and comfort working closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Proven ability to translate complex systems into clear execution plans and outcomes
• Experience operating in high-growth or early-stage environments
• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for end-to-end delivery

Highly Preferred

• Background in Customer Success, Strategic Services, Solutions, or Implementation leadership
• Experience at forward-deployed or technical deployment organizations (e.g., Palantir or similar environments)
• Prior MBB consulting experience
• Founder or startup operator experience
• Healthcare experience, particularly within payer, clinical, or operational workflows
