Remote Dermatopathologist (Germany)

Position: Dermatopathologist (m/f/d)
Type: Permanent, Part-Time (8-20 hours/ week, open to full time candidates too)
Work setup: Home office / remote reporting (Germany)
Client: Large Public Hospital

The opportunity

We’re partnering with a large public hospital to appoint a board-certified Dermatopathologist / Pathologist with strong derm expertise to report a broad range of dermatopathology cases from a home-office setup. This is an excellent chance to join a reputable diagnostic environment with a strong caseload and an attractive overall package.

Key responsibilities

• Report on dermatological histology cases, including:
  • Malignant lesions
  • Benign lesions
  • Inflammatory dermatology cases
• Deliver high-quality, timely reporting within an established diagnostic workflow
• Collaborate as needed with the wider pathology/diagnostics team (remotely)

Required profile

• Board-certified in Germany (Facharztanerkennung)
• Either:
  • Board-certified Pathologist with significant experience/expertise in skin cases, or
  • Board-certified Dermatopathologist
• Fluent German (required for German board certification and clinical reporting)

Preferred / nice-to-have

• 1+ year post-board certification experience
• Exposure to digital pathology (a plus, not essential)
