Commercial Engagement Associate

We are working with an exciting early-stage AI healthtech company that is building at the intersection of pharma marketing, technology, and execution.

They are hiring a Commercial Engagement Associate to join their Commercial Engagement team in NYC, working 5 days a week from their office in Manhattan.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, ideally with 1 to 3 years of experience across healthcare advertising, pharma marketing, life sciences consulting, design execution, or commercial operations.

The role will sit close to the client and internal delivery teams, helping translate pharmaceutical marketing needs into tangible marketing asset creation and execution.

The ideal person will bring:

• Strong design execution skills, ideally HTML, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and a good eye for typography and color

• Excellent organization and ability to manage complex workflows

• Clear communication across cross-functional teams

• Exposure to pharma, life sciences, healthcare agencies, MLR platforms, or client-facing work

• Interest in early-stage startups and a high-ownership environment

This could be a great fit for someone currently in a pharma design agency, healthcare marketing agency, life sciences consulting firm, or MLR / commercial software company who wants to move closer to the action.

Compensation: $100K to $120K

Location: NYC
