Meet is proud to partner with a leading independent medcomms agency in their search for an impressive Account Director. This group is known specifically for their Medical Affairs and Publications projects. They focus across a variety of Rare Disease, Oncology and Cardiology TAs, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team across a full spectrum of medical communications projects
• Develop exceptional Medical Affairs and Publications Materials for client objectives
• Build and maintain a successful relationship between the business and clients
• Mentor junior colleagues and ensure consistent growth
• Identify new business opportunities and actively participate in building upon client relationships.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and commercial acumen
• Provide strategic insight and motivate accounts/project teams

Qualifications:

• Publications experience in medical communications agency is required.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas  
• 7-8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a medical communications agency
• Experience in supporting new business initiatives and launches.
