The opportunity (Role summary)
As an Account Director in Medical Affairs & P2P, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing client strategies that align with scientific and medical goals. The position is on-site, requiring strong engagement with clients and teams in the local area.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring the delivery of strategic medical affairs programs.
- Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and internal teams.
- Deliver tailored medical education and peer-to-peer engagement strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Drive project execution, ensuring initiatives meet compliance and quality standards.
- Partner with internal teams to develop scientific content and support clinical activities.
- Analyze market and customer insights to inform strategic planning.
- Maintain detailed records and reporting of project progress and outcomes.
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in medical affairs, peer-to-peer engagement, or healthcare communications.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.
- On-site work flexibility; travel may be required for client meetings and events.
- Relevant experience in medical education, KOL engagement, or strategic consulting.
Compensation & benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $140,000, depending on experience. Details will be shared during the interview process.
