Our client is a fast-growing, independent healthcare agency that’s rewriting the rules of agency life. Founded in 2018 to prove that great work doesn’t require toxic culture or round-the-clock hours, this team is now 20+ strong, fully remote, and continuing to scale. Their client mix includes everything from big pharma to mid-size med tech and medical device companies, with a broad range of therapeutic areas—from oncology and rare disease to neuro and hematology.
They specialize in brand strategy, digital, creative, experiential, and multichannel campaigns across HCP, DTC, and DTP audiences (with HCP as the core focus). Their recent partnership with a like-minded group of independent agencies has brought even more resources to the table—without adding red tape or changing how they work.
In 2024, they grew revenue by 35%. This year, they're aiming even higher—and they’re hiring an experienced Account Director to help lead the way.
Responsibilities:
Lead multichannel HCP/patient campaign execution across brand launches, positioning, digital, and events
Partner with clients to deliver strategic recommendations grounded in category insight and data
Own timelines, budgets, and expectations—ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams
Provide mentorship and clear direction to junior team members
Collaborate closely with creative, project management, strategy, medical, and digital teams
Spot opportunities for organic growth and help shape long-term client relationships
Jump in where needed—no task is too small or “not my job” when the team needs support
Qualifications:
6+ years of agency experience (healthcare/pharma required)
Proven ability to lead multichannel campaigns for HCP and/or patient audiences
Confidence navigating complex therapeutic areas (rare disease, oncology, neuro, etc.)
Strong communication, client relationship, and problem-solving skills
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
Solid understanding of pharma industry dynamics and regulatory nuances
Strategic thinking combined with sharp executional skills
Comfort working remotely and autonomously
Curiosity, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset
