Purpose-Led
We consider our use of natural resources and the effect this has on our planet. As ways of remaining sustainability conscious, we have partnered with environmental charities that protect biodiversity while minimizing waste through recycling across our global offices. We’ve also bid farewell to single use plastics.
We are committed to reaching net-zero emissions by 2050 and have seen consistent and measurable annual progress.
Specialized Brilliance
We hold ourselves to very high standards of corporate governance. This looks like regular audits and compliance reviews across the business, as well as annual data privacy and cybersecurity checks.
We are also transparent about our leadership objectives and make necessary amendments if it betters our system of rules and processes. Ultimately, we go out of our way to put ethics at the forefront of all decision making.
Our sustainability journey
We became carbon neutral in 2022 after partnering with Positive Planet to analyze our emissions. We’re now creating a roadmap towards achieving Net-zero so that, over time, we can reduce our carbon footprint and focus solely on offsetting unavoidable emissions.
Turning feedback into forests
As part of our continuous feedback strategy with Feefo, we plant a tree for every verified review we receive. It’s a simple way to give back while listening to our community and continually delivering the exceptional customer service we're known for.

Community Chemistry, Good Humans
Because diversity, equity, and inclusion are deeply important to us, we’ve introduced a women in leadership mentorship program and inclusion committee to help create a fairer working environment. We continually improve and evolve our principles through partnerships with DEI specialists, too.
Listening to our people through eNPS tracking means we can deliver improvements based on company-wide feedback. And because our people come first, we also offer several mental health resources and personal days to each and every employee.
