Our client is a leading organization supporting innovative solutions within the life sciences sector, with a focus on helping companies navigate the complex landscape of market access and commercial strategy. They are seeking a senior-level professional to join their team as a Vice President or Partner-level Market Access Consultant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping strategy for some of the most impactful therapies and technologies in the industry.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing market access strategies that drive success for clients across the healthcare ecosystem. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, your insights will influence decision-making and help bring new solutions to market more efficiently. The role provides a flexible environment, with options for remote or hybrid working, depending on your preferences and project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive market access strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Manage relationships with key industry stakeholders, including payers, health authorities, and healthcare providers.
  • Support client teams with strategic planning, evidence generation, and payer engagement activities.
  • Build strong client relationships through trusted advice and impactful deliverables.
  • Drive innovative solutions to overcome barriers in market access and reimbursement.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and align with clients' strategic goals.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in market access, health economics, or commercial strategy within the life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and payer landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies is a plus.
  • Relevant qualifications in health economics, business, or related fields are preferred.

This role offers a base salary between of £180,000 and an attractive upper limit, depending on experience.
