Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to design and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Provide market insights and continuously improve recruitment practices.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a regulated industry.
- Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
- Strong communication, data reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative
