Sr. Project Manager

Our client is a leading company in the innovation and product domain, focusing on digital and device ecosystem solutions within the healthcare industry. As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing cross-functional software and firmware projects, ensuring the successful implementation of key initiatives crucial to our clients digital and device ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead simultaneous execution of major and minor projects across hardware, firmware, software, and platform initiatives.
• Manage external software development and cybersecurity vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Guide software project execution in compliance with FDA regulations for medical devices and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
• Provide clear communication to executive leadership and team leads regarding project status and risk mitigation plans.

Experience & Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in managing software and/or device development projects, preferably in medical technology or regulated healthcare environments.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices and traditional project management methodologies.
• PMI PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.

Salary: This role offers a base salary between $135,000.00 and $155,000.00, depending on experience.
