They are seeking a Senior Medical Director who will play a vital role in guiding their medical strategy, ensuring scientific integrity, and fostering collaboration across teams.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving medical and scientific initiatives, supporting the development of new treatments or diagnostic platforms, and ensuring regulatory and ethical standards are upheld. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including research, clinical, and operational units—primarily on-site—to help accelerate the advancement of innovative healthcare technologies that aim to improve lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of medical strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage and support clinical development programs, ensuring compliance and scientific rigor
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance clinical research efforts
  • Support regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities
  • Provide expert guidance on safety, efficacy, and medical considerations of the platform
  • Foster a culture of scientific excellence and ethical integrity across projects

Experience & Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification preferred
  • Extensive experience in clinical development or medical leadership within the life sciences or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in leading clinical teams and managing complex projects
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at senior levels
  • Prior experience supporting or leading clinical trials, regulatory submissions, or medical affairs

This role offers a base salary of $300,000 depending on experience.
