In this role, you will act as a key driver of workplace initiatives, working closely with facilities management, human resources, and other teams to promote a healthy, safe, and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to improve the day-to-day workplace environment and employee interactions
  • Manage relationships with service providers and vendors to ensure quality delivery

  • Build positive relationships across departments to understand and meet their space and experience needs
  • Deliver solutions that enhance safety, comfort, and engagement for employees

Experience & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in workplace experience, facilities management, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of workplace operations and employee engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with workplace management tools and platforms
  • A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills

This role offers a base salary between $90,000 and $120,000, depending on experience.
