Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader with solid experience in GMP environments, strong team leadership skills, and a passion for advancing CGT therapies.
Your Role & Impact
As the Manufacturing Leader, you will:
- Lead and support experienced manufacturing teams
- Manage manufacturing resources, budgets and timelines
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations for clinical production
- Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, MS&T teams and more
- Lead and implement manufacturing strategies
Key Qualifications
- Expertise in Cell and/or Gene Therapy manufacturing
- Line-management experience with direct reports
- Hands-on experience in aseptic processing or manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
