Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Remote within Germany

We are currently supporting a global medical device manufacturer with the search for a Regional Sales Manager to support growth across Central Asia and selected European markets.

This role offers the opportunity to work in an international MedTech environment, managing multi-country territories and developing distributor-led sales channels for regulated medical devices used in clinical settings.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and develop regional sales activities across assigned territories

  • Build, maintain, and optimise distributor and partner networks

  • Drive market development and revenue growth in emerging and established markets

  • Support product launches, tenders, and customer training activities

  • Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

  • Work closely with internal teams to support long-term regional strategy

Candidate profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales within a medical device manufacturer

  • Proven experience working in international or regional sales roles

  • Comfortable operating in distributor-led environments

  • Fluent Russian and English (German is an advantage)

  • Based in Germany or open to relocating

  • Willingness to travel internationally
