Our client is a global pharmaceutical services company with a strong presence in the life sciences sector, providing a range of services to support the industry. They are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join their growing Global Operations Team based on a hybrid basis in New Jersey.
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of operational outcomes. Responsibilities include processing client and vendor orders, managing shipment documentation, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders, resolving order-related issues, managing invoicing activities, tracking KPIs, and contributing to client relationship management.
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics (ideally in pharma), familiarity with handling temperature-sensitive goods, and a solid understanding of GMP/GDP regulations. Strong interpersonal skills, project management abilities, and proficiency in MS Office applications are also required. Fluency in English is a must.
