Key Responsibilities:

• ? Lead the development and execution of Process Safety Management (PSM) programs, emphasizing hazard assessments and emergency preparedness.
• ?? Provide technical guidance on facility/equipment design and pre-startup safety reviews for capital projects.
• ? Coach cross-functional teams to cultivate a robust process safety culture within operations.
• ? Ensure compliance with OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and actively support audits, investigations, and change management processes.
• ? Drive continuous improvement by contributing to corporate safety initiatives and benchmarking best practices.

Key Requirements:

• ? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related technical field.
• ? 6–8+ years of experience in process safety within chemical, biotech, or pharmaceutical settings.
• ? Strong knowledge of OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and core safety tools.
• ?? Experience supporting or leading capital projects and integrating PSM into design.
• ? Excellent communication, leadership, and technical writing skills; professional certifications are a plus.

Salary: This role offers a competitive base salary starting from £140,000.00, commensurate with experience.
