We’re looking for an experienced Medical Asset Lead to shape and execute the global medical vision for a high-priority oncology asset, from late-stage development through launch and beyond. This is a senior-level opportunity to influence strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive long-term value for patients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders worldwide.

Your impact

  • Define and lead a global medical strategy tailored to the oncology landscape

  • Build scientific and medical value across all phases of the asset lifecycle

  • Lead cross-functional teams in evidence generation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning

  • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps aligned with global priorities

  • Contribute to critical decision-making across governance and leadership forums

What you'll lead

  • Medical strategy development and execution across global markets

  • Collaboration across R&D, market access, regulatory, and commercial functions

  • Engagement with internal teams, external experts, and health authorities

  • A high-performing team built on innovation, excellence, and accountability

What you bring

  • Advanced degree (MD or PhD), with strong oncology expertise

  • 7+ years of pharma leadership in medical affairs, clinical development, or asset strategy

  • Proven success in global or regional oncology product launches

  • Experience working cross-functionally across development and commercialization

  • Fluent English; international experience preferred
