What You’ll Be Doing
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Drive sales growth in your territory (Quebec), consistently achieving or exceeding objectives.
- Build and maintain deep disease and product expertise to engage and educate healthcare providers and decision makers.
- Develop strategic account plans for treatment centers, mapping key stakeholders and identifying opportunities to improve patient access.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access colleagues to design patient-centered initiatives.
- Deliver impactful educational programs, from one-to-one discussions to speaker events and hospital rounds.
- Navigate formulary and budget processes to ensure product acceptance and access.
- Utilize digital tools (virtual meetings, tailored communications, etc.) to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate customer and account data, reporting on activities and insights to shape strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and legal standards.
- Travel regularly (up to 50%) across Quebec to build strong relationships with oncology centers and key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management, ideally within oncology, hematology, or specialty care.
- Strong understanding of the hospital ecosystem and ability to navigate formulary/access processes.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute tailored account plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Agile and collaborative approach – thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
