Meet is currently partnered with a leading global pharma who is searching for a new
Clinical Sales Specialist to join their team in Rare Diseases. This company has just had an approval in Rare Liver Diseases and is looking to expand their team.
*This position will cover the Boston area*
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales & Market Objectives: Meet or exceed targets for sales, market share, and other KPIs, as determined on a periodic basis.
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across integrated networks, hospitals, and healthcare communities, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and policies.
- Efficient Territory Management: Prioritize accounts and physicians, ensuring effective use of resources and timely reporting of activities.
- Engage Healthcare Professionals: Lead in-depth, meaningful conversations with physicians and healthcare providers, staying aligned with approved messaging and product labeling.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs with urgency and in compliance with company policies.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze market and customer data to support effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in life sciences, including at least 5 years in rare or specialty areas and 3 years in pharma/biotech sales/
- Gastroenterology or Hepatology Expertise: Proven track record in gastroenterology, gastrointestinal, or hepatology sales.
