Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid – In-office Tuesday through Thursday)
Travel: Up to 10–15%
Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Marketing Manager who will play a key role in building and scaling our marketing function, with an emphasis on clinical messaging, cross-functional collaboration, and tactical execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll take ownership of the Promotional Materials Review (PMR) process and lead the development of clinical and educational content to support our commercial portfolio. This includes working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to create effective campaigns targeting both healthcare providers and patients.

You’ll also contribute to website management, support digital marketing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, product, regulatory, and medical affairs to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the PMR process, ensuring all materials meet internal standards and regulatory requirements

  • Develop clinically accurate, engaging content based on current scientific literature and product claims

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, and digital media

  • Use data and analytics tools to identify trends and inform marketing decisions

  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing assets

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop content that aligns with field needs and business goals

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all content and channels

  • Maintain adherence to relevant industry standards and quality systems


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or a regulated industry

  • Strong experience in downstream marketing, particularly in creating clinical content for healthcare professionals

  • Familiarity with promotional review processes and regulatory compliance

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, and data analytics tools (e.g., MedScout, AcuityMD)

  • Experience supporting a field sales organization a plus

Additional Notes

This is a hybrid role based in Santa Clara, CA. In-office presence is required Tuesday through Thursday. Remote candidates will not be considered.
