Client Services Director

Our client, a leading company in the life sciences sector, is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Services Director to join their team. This is a key leadership role with significant responsibility for managing revenue and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values.

As the Client Services Director, you will work closely with scientific counterparts to manage up to £5 million in revenue within a single business unit. You will collaborate with other business unit leads to drive growth and operational success. Additionally, you will play an active role in the Med Comms Leadership Team to support the execution of the practice strategy and contribute to business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client services teams to provide high-quality service and identify growth opportunities
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues
• Manage financial performance, forecasting, and budgeting for the business unit
• Drive organic growth and new business development through strategic planning and execution of account plans
• Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Experience & Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a full-service medical communications agency
• Life sciences degree, preferably with a Master's or PhD
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial management, planning, and forecasting
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Salary: This role offers a competitive base salary between £80,000 and £90,000, depending on experience.
