Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accreditation requirements are met with objectivity, professionalism, and excellent service.

• Select, lead, and coordinate assessment teams.

• Develop and implement assessment strategies.

• Manage assessment projects from initiation through to completion.

• Collate, review, and report on assessment outcomes.

About You:

• Customer-focused with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

• Hands-on experience in the digital sector with a broad understanding of modern quality management systems.

• Background in organisational auditing or assessment.

• Degree-level education is desirable, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
