Position: Assessment Manager – Digital Technology, AI & Cybersecurity
Location: Home-based (UK) with extensive travel and frequent overnight stays
A leading accreditation body is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join their team as an Assessment Manager. This role sits at the forefront of the fast-evolving digital landscape, with a focus on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and quality in accredited conformity assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accreditation requirements are met with objectivity, professionalism, and excellent service.
Select, lead, and coordinate assessment teams.
Develop and implement assessment strategies.
Manage assessment projects from initiation through to completion.
Collate, review, and report on assessment outcomes.
About You:
Customer-focused with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Hands-on experience in the digital sector with a broad understanding of modern quality management systems.
Background in organisational auditing or assessment.
Degree-level education is desirable, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
